Everything you need to know about how and when your Chronomate arrives.

Where we ship

We ship from Australia to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and across Europe.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Shipping options & rates

• Free standard shipping — complimentary on every order. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days within Australia, and 7–15 business days internationally.
• Express shipping — $7 AUD. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days within Australia, and 5–10 business days internationally.

Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from the order date, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link where available so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Occasionally carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods can affect delivery times. If a parcel seems held up, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Customs & duties (international orders)

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect address or missed delivery

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll arrange to reship it once it reaches us; reshipping costs may apply.
