Our products

We take care to describe and photograph the Chronomate timer as accurately as possible. Slight variations in colour, finish, and grain are natural to the materials and are not defects. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We may update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities. If we cannot fulfil an order, we'll let you know and arrange a full refund. A binding contract forms only once we confirm dispatch.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery timeframes, rates, returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Chronomate and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
